1. Provider

It is not a prize draw, lottery, gambling or donation programme.

2. Non-binding proposal

Submission is free and not conditional on a purchase, payment or social-media activity. It is initially only a non-binding proposal for internal assessment. There is no entitlement to review within a set time, selection, contact, fulfilment, any particular value, publication or payment.

3. Minimum age

A person may submit from age 16. For a younger person, another person aged at least 16 may submit a proposal. Before any later fulfilment, travel, recording or publication involving a minor, all required separate consents will be obtained.

4. Description and nominations

Information should be true to the best of the submitting person’s knowledge, respectful and understandable. For a nomination, neither the text nor uploads may contain names, contact details, images or other personal information about the nominee or any other third party. Smile Unlocked initially contacts only the submitting person.

5. Uploads

Uploads may contain only content about the submitting person. Files are stored technically with the submission and viewed only internally. They are not published, edited for content or passed to partners. Media, personality and usage rights for any later use are agreed separately.

6. Selection and later arrangements

Smile Unlocked makes the editorial decision about which proposals to pursue and may consider organisational, safety, legal, content and economic factors. Only after selection are possible fulfilment and all required consents, rights, travel and recordings arranged separately. Both submission and any later fulfilment are free of charge for the submitting person and the person whose wish is fulfilled. Smile Unlocked does not charge them any fees or contributions towards costs.

7. Prohibited content

Unlawful, insulting, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic or dangerous material, infringements of rights, deliberate falsehoods, manipulation and mass automated submissions may be deleted without further notice.

8. Privacy and withdrawal

Our privacy policy explains processing and deletion. A submission may be withdrawn at any time through our contact form or by emailing impressum@smileunlocked.com.
